Market Value Systems began with a specialization in Real Estate Appraisal offices  – single family, commercial, and mixed.  We continue to support many of these clients, some for over 30 years.

Among our other clients are tax and accounting offices, real estate financial consultants, contractors and construction management offices, dental offices, property management offices, professional association offices, a winery, and many home-based professionals – throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Most have from 5 to 15 employees – enough to require outside technology assistance but too few to justify hiring in-house support.  Most have employees who spend significant time working out of the office or from home/remote offices.  It therefore becomes important to have technology and procedures in place to ensure the firm’s data is available when and where needed, and that it is secure.

 

These clients have a common need – a strong personal relationship with a reliable technology professional who understands their business and can choose, implement, and support the proper technology to help them achieve their business goals. And they need someone consistent – not just the person who happens to be on duty with some retail service department.  We’ve been doing this for our clients for over 30 years.
